TÜBİTAK Project Work
Turning academic and technical project ideas into research question, methodology, work package, risk, budget and broader impact structure.
Turning academic and technical project ideas into research question, methodology, work package, risk, budget and broader impact structure.
In TÜBİTAK work I structured technical and academic project ideas to fit the application format. I worked on the project summary, original value, aim and objectives, methodology, work packages, risk management, budget and broader impact sections. The main focus was the PIMA dataset diabetes risk prediction and explainable AI project.
In a TÜBİTAK application, even a good idea loses value in the reviewer's eyes if the methodology, work package, risk, budget and output structure are weak. Academic project language has to clearly show both the research question and a runnable project plan.
I worked the TÜBİTAK project structure through project summary, original value, aim, methodology, dataset, model approach, work packages, planning, risk management, budget and broader impact.
For the PIMA project specifically I carried the goals of explainable AI, SHAP, model comparison, healthcare decision support and the prototype interface into academic project language.
TÜBİTAK work moved from a basic project idea into a more disciplined research and prototype plan. The project was brought in line with the application format on aim, methodology, work package, risk, budget and broader impact.
Project idea structuring, original value writing, methodology design, work packages, risk management, budget plan, reviewer evaluation logic, and an academic product narrative around the PIMA / SHAP project and explainable AI.
