My software engineering background lets me look at products not only from the planning side but also from how they are built. Over time my focus has shifted to product ownership, user research, backlog management, acceptance criteria, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
I've worked across different products and systems including healthcare processes, AI-powered medical translation, workforce and attendance management, financial scoring, hospital budget planning, and request management. These domains shaped a more structured, disciplined, and use-grounded approach to product management.
For me, product management is turning ambiguity into structure, gathering teams around a clear goal, and ensuring the resulting work delivers a measurable outcome.

Product Manager
HC Dijital Health Technologies- Led end-to-end product management across 4 parallel products: AiRX (HR and attendance tracking SaaS), Budget Planning System (chain hospital platform with 20 modules), TercüMed (AI-powered medical translation), and ArgePortal (R&D project management platform).
- Conducted 30+ user interviews and behavioral research sessions. Ran field interviews with hospital branch managers, HR specialists, and C-level executives. Translated raw findings into sprint-ready features with clear acceptance criteria.
- Designed 40+ screens, module flows, and UI prototypes across all products in Figma. Engineering teams adopted these as the single source of truth throughout development. Revision cycles dropped measurably.
- Wrote PRD and requirements documentation in Confluence for every feature shipped. Each document covered the problem statement, user need, success metrics, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. Ambiguity between product and engineering dropped measurably after the first PRD cycle.
- Managed a weekly backlog of at least 20 items in Jira. Scoped 4 items per sprint each cycle, keeping roadmap milestones on track across multiple parallel development threads.
- Ran a systematic competitive analysis across 10+ PDKS and HR-tech competitors including Kolay İK, Paydoss, and Clockify, benchmarking pricing models, feature depth, and market positioning. Proposed a tiered packaging strategy with a balanced-profitability approach. Proposal accepted by leadership.
- Prepared complete technical documentation for KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK 1507 R&D grant applications, connecting the R&D roadmap to business value. Presented to reviewers. KOSGEB grant approved. TÜBİTAK 1507 currently under review.
- Built user journey maps, system architecture diagrams, and algorithm flow charts in Miro to structure stakeholder alignment sessions. Delivered executive and investor-facing product strategy presentations in Canva.

EXEDRA HRTech- Participated in 4 full sprint cycles covering sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, and retrospective. Actively contributed to 10+ tickets including user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and MVP scoping decisions.
