Outside of work, there are habits and interests I keep up with. They sustain my daily rhythm and strengthen my discipline, focus, and the way I see people.
I lead a team at İstinye Genç Yeryüzü. I've taken part in programs where we teach children hand hygiene, mouth and dental health, and joined activities with children on the autism spectrum. I also served as president of the IEEE Computer Society at İstinye University. For me, volunteering and community work are about taking responsibility, staying in touch with people, and producing impact as a team.
I enjoy seeing new places, looking at architectural details, and spending time in museums. Photography is a natural part of this process. Sometimes the line of a building, sometimes the light on a street, sometimes a small detail in a museum catches my attention.
I've been bodybuilding consistently for about nine years. It's not just a sport for me but a fixed part of my life. One of the strongest things that has shaped my routine, my discipline, and my ability to control myself.
My interest in psychology started with wanting to understand human behavior better. People's thinking patterns, work reflexes, decision-making, and body language are subjects that catch my attention. This interest helps me read people better and make clearer decisions in team, product, and communication work.
I enjoy swimming for both fitness and clearing my head. Once I'm in the water, focusing on breath and pace calms me down.
I enjoy table tennis for how strong the reflex and speed sides are. Deciding quickly, reading the other side's move, and reacting in the moment feels good.
Coffee is a small pleasure in my daily rhythm. I enjoy Turkish coffee, cold Americano, cold brew, and trying coffee beans from different countries. It isn't just the drink itself. The culture and brewing methods behind it interest me too.
