Overview
Randex is a B2B SaaS product that covers the full appointment lifecycle for service businesses. It brings scheduling, calendar logic, slot management, a public booking page, customer records, SMS reminders, dashboard and authorization into one product spine.
Problem
Clinics, salons, studios and service businesses run on tools that are either too simple to handle real scheduling or too heavy for what the business actually needs. The gap is clear. A strong product that handles slot management, staff availability, customer history and daily operations with a light setup.
System
I split the product into three surfaces. Admin panel, customer app, business app.
The admin panel covers configuration, slot rules, staff management, service catalog, reporting and authorization.
The customer app covers public booking, appointment history, reminders, rebooking and customer info.
The business app covers the daily operation view, appointment tracking, customer flow, staff and slot visibility.
The architecture work covered single-phase MVP scope, data structures shared across the three apps, and technical expectations for the engineering team. On the commercial side I reviewed the landing page against B2B SaaS standards. My focus was trust, conversion, CTA discipline and the small-business buyer's decision process.
Outcome
Randex is positioned as a serious B2B SaaS product rather than a booking widget. The three-app architecture became the product's sales narrative. One product that handles three distinct needs cleanly.
My role
Single-phase MVP definition, three-app architecture, data flow, B2B SaaS landing page review, and keeping the customer, business and admin apps distinct in purpose.
