Overview
Invatrix is a B2B software product designed for HR budget, personnel cost planning, headcount planning, workforce forecasting, organization structure planning and group-level HR financial control inside corporate structures.
Problem
In large organizations, HR budget usually runs across split files between finance, HR and top management. When headcount decisions, personnel cost impact, organization changes and budget scenarios do not merge into one decision layer, management visibility weakens.
System
I framed the product as a group-level HR budget control system. Headcount planning, personnel cost budget, organization structure, workforce forecasting, group-level consolidation, the dashboard decision layer, KPI impact matrix, role-based visibility and priority logic formed the main structure.
For Invatrix I ran product audit, information architecture, dashboard structure, menu design, CTA standard, a maturity score and P0 / P1 / P2 prioritization work. On the brand and product side I set up a story that supports a corporate B2B financial control character.
Outcome
Invatrix is positioned not as an HR budget screen but as a corporate decision-support product that merges group-level personnel cost, headcount and organization decisions with financial control.
My role
Product audit, information architecture review, dashboard decision layer, KPI and impact matrix, UX improvement notes, P0 / P1 / P2 prioritization, corporate product narrative, and B2B brand positioning.
