Overview
Bridge UI was a UI and product analysis engagement on a platform framed as digital incubation and matchmaking. The core focus was how ideas turn into projects, how user roles get defined, how matches happen inside the ecosystem, and how tasks connect to platform objects.
Problem
The biggest risk in incubation and matchmaking products is when the UI looks good but the product logic stays unclear. If user role, onboarding, the idea-to-project transition, the matching mechanism, and the object a task belongs to are not clear, the product does not really work like a platform.
System
I analyzed the product through role, flow, matching and task logic. Role-based onboarding, the domain menu structure, how tasks connect to ecosystem objects, user roles, permission level, panel information architecture and backlog structure were the main review topics.
I did not focus on visual polish. I focused on the business rules and user flows the product needs to act like a real platform.
Outcome
The Bridge UI engagement moved from a static UI review into a productization analysis. Strong and weak points of the interface were identified.
My role
Product analysis, user role design, onboarding review, idea-to-project flow, matchmaking MVP logic, information architecture.
