Overview
AiRX is a PDKS and personnel operations platform that organizations use to run attendance, shift, leave, check-in and check-out, overtime, reporting and audit from a single center. It is built for corporate SMEs and large structures that need operational visibility, control and auditability over a high personnel count.
Problem
In most organizations, personnel tracking runs on scattered systems, manual Excel files and check-in records that are hard to verify in the field. The setup adds load to HR, makes it hard for managers to reach reliable data, and breaks down at audit time.
System
I shaped the product around PDKS, shifts, leave, overtime, beacon-supported check-in and check-out, role-based authorization, audit trail and reporting. The position I held was clear from the start. AiRX is not a tool that only logs check-ins. It is the central system through which the organization controls personnel operations.
On the commercial side I treated AiRX as a compact, integrated B2B SaaS alternative to competitors that sell each module separately. I analyzed Paydoss, Personellerim, Kolay İK and İnoPortal on product scope, pricing and market language.
Outcome
AiRX landed as more than a PDKS product. It became a SaaS product that makes personnel operations central, auditable and reportable. Technical capabilities feed the sales narrative directly. Less manual tracking, clearer audit trail, simpler use, stronger operational control.
My role
Product positioning, MVP and module scope, competitor analysis, pricing approach, landing page and sales language, corporate value proposition, technical architecture, requirements clarification, and the story that frames AiRX as a wider personnel operations platform than a typical PDKS.
